Ask for the time, format or clarity that helps you communicate.

Choose one preference
Would written instructions, one question at a time or a pause before answering help? Name the specific format you want to try. Speaking quickly is not the only way to contribute.
Offer a practical alternative
A short message can explain what helps before a meeting or appointment. Keep a reusable sentence somewhere you can find it. Share only the personal information you choose.
Check understanding together
Ask for the next action in plain words. If you agree to something, check what each person expects and when. Both people can help make communication clearer.
