Terms of Use

Last updated: 29 August 2026 · Includes the refund policy and the educational disclaimer.

Plain summary first: Kitewise sells self-paced tools. You buy them, you own access to them, you use them at your own pace. Be a normal human about it: don't copy our stuff, don't share your access code, don't use the tools to harm anyone. We'll be straight with you; here's the longer version.

Who we are

Kitewise is operated by AJ Hunt Ventures Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore and a wholly owned subsidiary of AJ Hunt Holdings Pte Ltd. When we say "we" or "us," that's who we mean. When we say "you," we mean the person using Kitewise.

What Kitewise is

Kitewise provides self-paced educational tools, currently Interview Reps, Disclosure Decider, Strengths Translator, and First 90 Days. They help you practice and prepare. They are educational tools, not professional services. The educational disclaimer below is part of these terms.

Getting in

There are no accounts and no logins yet. Your kit opens with an access code we send you, and your work is saved in the browser on the device you use. That code is meant for you alone. Please do not pass it on. When we build real accounts, we will tell you before anything changes.

Age

You need to be 16 or older to hold a Kitewise kit. Kitewise is built for people 16 to 25. If you are under 16, Kitewise is not for you yet. If someone is paying for you, they buy the kit and you enter the access code yourself: the kit is yours, on your device.

Buying tools

Purchases are one-time payments for lifetime access. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product: as long as Kitewise operates the tools. AJ Hunt Ventures Pte Ltd is the seller for your transaction. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Any sales tax that applies is our responsibility, not yours, and any amount due is shown before you pay. The refund policy below is part of these terms.

What you can't do

Don't pass your access code around. Don't copy, resell, or redistribute the tools or their content. Don't use the tools to harass or harm anyone. If you do, we will stop supporting your access and may change your code.

Your content

What you write in the tools belongs to you. As the tools are built today it is saved in your own browser on your own device and is not sent to our servers. Kitewise does not record audio or video, and there is no way to upload a file.

Ally View

Ally View is not built yet, and as the tools are built today there is no way to share anything with anyone, because nothing leaves your device. If we build it, it will work one way only: you turn it on, you choose which windows are open, and you switch it off in one tap. What you write in the Disclosure Decider can never be shared through it.

Changes

We'll improve the tools over time. If we ever discontinue a tool you paid for, we'll give you reasonable notice and a fair remedy, which may include a refund of that tool's price.

Honest limits

We provide the tools "as is." We work hard to make them good, but we can't promise they'll be error-free or that they'll get you any particular job or outcome. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If something goes wrong, email us first at hello@getkitewise.com. We would rather fix it than fight about it.

Refund policy: the 30-day plain-language guarantee

Here is our whole refund policy, in the same plain language we build with:

If Kitewise isn't useful to you, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

To request: email hello@getkitewise.com with the email you purchased under, or use the refund link in your receipt. That's it.

Educational disclaimer

Kitewise is an educational product. Our tools help you practice, prepare, and think things through. Here's what that means, honestly:

If something in Kitewise ever reads like it's promising more than this, that's a mistake. Tell us and we'll fix it: hello@getkitewise.com.
